Based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name and adapted for television by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon, and Maurissa Tancharoen, the character first appeared in the 2013 pilot episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Mobile Operations Unit (The Bus) (destroyed)ĭaisy Johnson is a fictional character portrayed by Chloe Bennet appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe multimedia franchise.Chloe Bennet wants to return as Quake, too, so if she's interested and would fit with the Nick Fury show, it will just be up to Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige to decide if she will be included. And, since the Nick Fury show will most likely be six hour-long episodes, it would have the length necessary to build up Quake even more. Instead of Quake's first MCU role coming in a movie where most audiences wouldn't know who she is, her first proper MCU appearance could happen on the small screen. While Marvel Studios would have to work out the how of Daisy's appearance, joining the Nick Fury show could make for an easy transition to the MCU for her. Fury and Daisy never shared the screen, but he did know that she joined Coulson's SHIELD team, and could now recruit her to give his SWORD team a superhero. Some of these connections included MCU movie characters showing up in the series, including Nick Fury. But, the early seasons of Agents of SHIELD were firmly rooted in the MCU movie narrative with connections to multiple films like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Captain America: Civil War. It is true that Agents of SHIELD didn't line up with the MCU canon by later seasons, but some of this could be explained away through time travel and alternate timelines. Quake appearing in the Nick Fury show wouldn't be completely out of left field either.
